Camp Check-In & Drop-Off

It’s of utmost importance to PEAK that we maintain an environment in which transmission of the COVID virus is significantly reduced. The following procedures for all campers and their families must be adhered to during Camp Check-In and Drop-off.

CHECK-IN & DROP-OFF TIME:

Day 1, Saturday, May 28:
11:30 AM - 11:45 AM

Days 2 & 3, Sunday-Monday, May 29-30:
9:45 AM

LOCATION:
Please form a car line at the drop-off location at the Saw Mill Club East, to the left of the front entrance of the building. A PEAK staff member will meet and greet your car as you pull up to the curb.

  1. Campers must arrive and depart each day in their swimsuit underneath their dry-land clothing.
  2. On-deck locker rooms will be open for bathroom use and quick change only. Showers will be closed.

SPECTATOR POLICY:
There is limited space for spectators to observe the pool sessions – either inside the natatorium seated on the pool bleachers or standing room only in the hallway viewing area.

Camp Pick-Up

Pick-up will occur at the same location as Drop-Off. Parents should place a sheet of paper with their child’s name in large bold letters on the inside of their vehicle’s front windshield.

PICK-UP TIME:

Day 1, Saturday, May 28:
5:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.

Days 2 & 3, Sunday-Monday, May 29-30:
3:30 p.m. – 3:40 p.m.

LOCATION:
Please form a car line at the same location as drop-off at the Saw Mill Club East, to the left of the front entrance of the building. Drive your vehicle up to the designated location, where a PEAK staff member will greet you and call your child to the car for departure.

Camp Finale

The camp concludes on Sunday, March 13, at 3:00 PM - 3:10 PM. Parents will pick-up their children outside the facility in the car pool line.

Prior to dismissal, each swimmer will receive a special Finale gift – including a PEAK camp T-shirt and swim cap.

What to Bring

Below is a recommended list of equipment and apparel. Peak Performance Swim Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or money. Do not bring valuable items to camp with you.

  • 2 Water Bottles – Properly labeled & already filled
  • Bag Lunch with Your Favorite, Healthy Foods
  • Swimsuit worn underneath dry-land clothing
  • 2 Swim Caps (your personal favorites)
  • Goggles
  • 2 Large Pool Towels
  • Yoga Mat (optional–bring mat if you have one)
  • Do NOT bring fins, pull-buoys, kick boards, etc.

Food and Beverage

Saturday: There is NO lunch break on Saturday afternoon, only a short snack break. Swimmers should plan to eat lunch before camp arrival, but may bring a simple snack such as a granola bar or piece of fruit.

Sunday & Monday: Please bring your own bag lunch with your favorite, healthy foods. Bag lunches must be in the swimmer’s possession at morning Drop-Off and not delivered later to the pool.

Hydration: Swimmers must bring 2 personal water bottles to camp, properly labeled, and already filled.
