Summer, Winter and Spring Camps

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Unused camp fees may be applied to a future camp within one year of purchase date. In the unlikely event Peak Performance Swim Camp cancels a camp session, a full refund for camp registration fees will be provided either by refund to the credit card or reimbursement/cancellation of the check used for payment. The purchaser waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise as the result of a camp cancellation. Transfer of any camp package or “camp extra”, from the original purchaser to another, is not permitted under any circumstance.

Flight Arrival/Departure Information

We ask that parents schedule their child’s flight between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., the day prior to the first day of camp. Departure times should be scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the last day of camp.

Upon arrival swimmers should proceed from their gate to the designated pick-up spot. A Peak Performance Swim Camp representative will be there to greet them.

Upon departure swimmers will be escorted to the security checkpoint. At which time swimmers will proceed to their designated gate on their own.

Peak Performance Swim Camp does not offer Unaccompanied Minor escort service.

Due to the sheer volume of swimmers arriving and departing camp, it may be necessary for swimmers to wait at the airport for several hours.

If for any reason a flight is cancelled, a Peak Performance Swim Camp representative will be available to assist the swimmer in making alternative arrangements. Additional flight charges and/or lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the parent.

Supervision of Swimmers

The safety and well being of our campers is our primary concern. Our camps staff resides in the residence with our overnight campers. Overnight and Day Campers are also supervised at all camp activities. Once a camp is underway, parents may contact our camp chaperone directly by phone. A contact number will be included in the camp registration packet.

Any serious violation of camp regulations, such as willful damage to the pool facility or lodging property and/or behavior deemed unsuitable and detrimental to the best interest of the camp, will result in immediate dismissal from camp. Drugs, alcohol and smoking are strictly forbidden. No refund will be available should a swimmer be asked to leave under these circumstances.

While every effort will be made to match swimmers in terms of age and maturity level, we cannot guarantee it. Swimmers stay two per room, each in their own bed. In some cases swimmers may stay one per room.

Due to the complexities involved in feeding a large group of swimmers, we cannot honor individual diet requests. However, a vegetarian option and gluten free option will be available at every meal.

Supervision of Valuables

Swimmers have the option of keeping their valuables or turning them over to a camp staff member for safekeeping. Peak Performance Swim Camp is not responsible for valuables not under their supervision.

Private Coaching Sessions

Cancellation for a private coaching session must be made 24 hours in advance of the session, otherwise the full amount of the session will be charged.
