Peak Performance Swim Camp employs a one-of-a-kind elite training approach that conditions swimmers both inside and out. We believe swimmers are only as good as the sum of their parts – developing the entire swimmer with essential mental, technical, and physical conditioning to maximize their swimming potential.
The vast majority of competitive swimmers are in serious need of concentrated start, turn, and stroke work. It should be an ongoing process that continues throughout their swimming careers. Skills are never permanent and require constant attention and refinement. At PEAK, we offer a variety of impactful techniques and skill progressions that dramatically improve start, turn, and stroke techniques. The techniques taught are extremely adaptable meaning swimmers can continue to use them upon returning to their home pools.

INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY CLINIC
Our 2-day IM Clinic covers the entire Individual Medley from the front start, the four strokes, the three IM turns, plus the ideal racing strategy. It’s the complete package over one weekend! Training and racing in the IM is a wise choice as it develops all four strokes and makes swimmers more versatile and competitive. Most people think of Michael Phelps as the King of Butterfly, but he’s also the only swimmer in history to win the 200 IM in four consecutive Olympics. PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training, and our 1-on-1 attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest! Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!
START & TURN CLINIC
Our 2-day Start & Turn Clinic covers the front, back, and relay starts, plus the four-stroke turns. It’s the complete package over one weekend! Starts and turns are the two weak links in racing costing vital seconds, but we have the solution! Our start progressions improve speed and distance off the block; and our turn progressions teach swimmers how to plan the wall, turn faster at the wall, and travel further underwater off the wall. Enhancing starts and turns is a fast way to boost performance and a smart investment in the future. PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training, and our 1-on-1 attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest! If speed is what you seek, come to PEAK!
START & STROKE CLINIC
Our 2-day Start & Stroke Clinic is a “split clinic” meaning we divide the time equally between starts and strokes. The start training covers the three competitive starts (front, back, and relay). PEAK progressions add speed and distance off the block, and can turn a slow start into a winning one! In the stroke training, we focus on key elite techniques common to Olympians, including MDPS (Maximum Distance Per Stroke) and MSR (Maximum Stroke Rate). PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training, and our 1-on-1 attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest! Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!
TRIPLE PLAY CLINIC
Our 3-day Triple Play Clinic dedicates equal time to Starts, Strokes, and Turns. The Start training covers the three competitive starts (front, back, and relay), and enhances reaction time, explosive power, and distance off the block. In the Stroke training, we target elite techniques common to Olympians, including faster stroke rates and increased pulling and kicking power. Our Turn progressions teach swimmers how to accelerate on the wall and travel further off the wall. PEAK coaches are masters at training Olympic techniques, and our 1-on-1 attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest! If speed is what you seek, come to PEAK!
