12 & OVER CAMP
The 12 & OVER CAMP is our most challenging training level and builds throughout the week in both intensity and expectation. State-of-the-art skill progressions are combined with challenging swim sets, and swimmers are tested throughout to maintain their newly acquired skills. Lane assignments are based on swimmers’ 100-freestyle times. Mornings begin with a strong mental presentation emphasizing the critical role that the mind plays in peak swimming performance. The underlying theme is repeated throughout the day to heighten its impact and create lasting change. Afternoons end on a high note with swimmers feeling empowered mentally, technically, and physically. In addition to our 9 challenging in-water training sessions, the camp includes 4-5 intense dry-land training sessions and 5 motivational mental skills seminars.
Note: The 12 & Over Camp is not well suited for swimmers with swimming-related injuries.
11 & UNDER CAMP
The 11 & UNDER CAMP is the lead-up training level to the 12 & Over Camp. While both camps follow the same format, the skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted for younger swimmers. Lane assignments are based on swimmers’ 100-freestyle times. Mornings begin with a strong mental presentation emphasizing the critical role that the mind plays in peak swimming performance.
