TURN & STROKE CAMP
For competitive swimmers ages 11-18.
Our 2-day Turn & Stroke Camp spends equal time training fast turns and smooth strokes. Turns are often a weak link in competitive racing and cost vital seconds, but we have the solution! Our PEAK turn progressions teach swimmers how to plan the wall, turn with speed, and travel further underwater off the wall. Enhancing turns is a fast way to boost performance! In the stroke training, we focus on key elite techniques common to Olympians, including MDPS (Maximum Distance Per Stroke) and MSR (Maximum Stroke Rate). PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training, and our one-on-one attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest! If speed is what you seek, come to PEAK!
TOP 10 CAMP
For competitive swimmers ages 8-10.
At PEAK, our mission is to get swimmers off to a fast start by teaching them the skills they need to win! 10 & Under swimmers are a unique group requiring extra care, attention, and patience, so we created a swim camp just for them. Our 2-day format covers drill and skill progressions for the four strokes, starts and turns, plus mini swim sets throughout the day. PEAK coaches are masters at teaching state-of-the-art technique, and our one-on-one attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest! Space is very limited for this group, so sign up early.
Note: The Top 10 Camp is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for novice competitive swimmers. Throughout the camp, swimmers perform multiple lengths of each stroke including the Butterfly.

- 12:00 PM – Lunch (Bring Your Own)

- 1:00 PM – Pool Session 2
- 3:00 PM – Daily Sign Out
