Peak Performance Swim Camp is offering a new racing swim camp in Boston-North Attleborough, Massachusetts! Our 2-day DROP TIME CAMP provides two levels of specialized training for 12 & Over and 11 & Under competitive swimmers. PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training, and our 1-on-1 attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest. If speed is what you seek, come to PEAK!

For competitive swimmers ages 8-18.

Our 2-day Drop Time Swim Camp is ideal for boosting performance and helping swimmers drop time at upcoming competitions. The techniques offered are the same ones that will be on display at the Paris Olympics this summer.

Over the weekend camp, PEAK coaches examine swimmers’ front and back starts, four strokes, and four turns. When observing any skill that seriously needs speed enhancement, they will suggest a faster skill and allow swimmers to try it. Note-taking sessions are available throughout the weekend, so swimmers can jot down the vital information they learn at camp.

In addition to skill acquisition, PEAK offers a number of short and intense physical challenges. We also stress the need for a  positive mental attitude, which is a key to swimming excellence.

Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns. Swimmers at camp are assigned to lanes based on ability level. The daily skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted to reflect skill and performance levels.

The daily curriculum includes two in-water training sessions (2 hours each),  dry-land, and motivational mental skills training. The combined PEAK experience toughens swimmers mentally, boosts fitness and confidence, and improves essential swimming skills.
