A Day At Swim Camp

See us in action! Olympic-level coaching, state-of-the-art swimming technique, fun overnight activities, and so much more.

Peak Performance Swim Camp utilizes one-of-a-kind holistic training approach – developing the entire swimmer with essential mental, technical, and physical conditioning to maximize their swimming potential. Our high-calibre START, STROKE, AND TURN CAMP will refine your technique to swim faster and more efficiently! PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!

START–STROKE–TURN CAMP
For competitive swimmers ages 9-18.

Our 4-day Start, Stroke, and Turn Camp dedicates equal time training fast starts, quick turns, and efficient strokes. Starts and turns are often a weak link in competitive racing and cost vital seconds, but we have the solution! In the stroke training, we target elite techniques common to Olympians. If speed is what you seek, come to PEAK!

The start training covers the front and back competitive starts, and improves reaction time, explosive power, and distance off the block. Enhancing turns is a fast way to boost performance, and our turn progressions teach swimmers how to accelerate on the wall and travel further off the wall. In the stroke training, areas of focus include body position, pulling, kicking, breathing and timing, as well as MDPS (Maximum Distance Per Stroke) and MSR (Maximum Stroke Rate). It’s the complete package!

Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on ability level. The daily skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted to reflect skill and performance levels.
