Over-kick the Last 25!

Kicking is king in swimming, and typically the swimmers with the best finishing kick win tight races! Your mission this week is to over-kick the last 25 of every repeat in practice. The only sets excluded are warm-up and cool down. At the end of each day, score yourself as follows:

  • 10 = 100% of the entire practice
  • 9 = 95%-99% of the entire practice
  • 8 = 90%-94% of the entire practice
  • 7 = Less than 90% of the entire practice
