BK Dry-land Simulation
Your mission this week is to perform the BK Dry-Land Simulation. It consists of various movements/exercises that make up and benefit the stroke of backstroke. Do the same number of repetitions as the demonstrator. Sadly, his technique (such as his streamlining or pulling action) does not meet PEAK standards, so I expect you to perform the skills like a “loyal PEAKER” (remember repetition is the language of the brain).
- Platinum Challenge: Follow the demonstrator through the entire video (step by step) seven times in a row. Take a short water break between rounds.
- Gold Challenge: Follow the demonstrator through the entire video (step by step) five times in a row. Take a short water break between rounds.
- Silver Challenge: Follow the demonstrator through the entire video (step by step) four times in a row. Take a short water break between rounds.
- Bronze Challenge: Follow the demonstrator through the entire video (step by step) three times in a row. Take a short water break between rounds.
CAUTION: You may find this challenge pretty intense, so use your best judgment and be safe!
