SPEED BURPEE Challenge

Step 1: Watch the complete video. It will show you various types of burpees and explain why it’s such a beneficial exercise.

Step 2: Before starting the Speed Burpee Challenge each day, run on the spot for two minutes, perform 15 Half-Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Step 3: On Day 1, Perform as many near-perfect burpees (as fast as you can) in 60 seconds. Proper technique always takes precedent over the amount you do

Step 4: On Day 2, see if you can do more than Day 1 without losing form.

Step 5: On Day 3, see if you can do more than Day 2 without losing form.

Step 6: On Day 4, see if you can do more than Day 3 without losing form.

Step 7: On Day 5, see if you can do more than Day 4 without losing form.

Step 8: On Day 6, see if you can do more than Day 5 without losing form.
