Intense Dry Land Leg Workout

Today, it’s the craze to abbreviate everything like OMG, BFF, and LOL. How about ITLS, which stands for ‘It’s The Legs Stupid.’ By that I mean, Olympic swimmers win with their kicks and that takes ‘iron legs’ that endure the entire race.
