I like this video, even though the gentleman presenting is hard to understand at times. Be patient and learn what you can as he’s passionate and knowledgeable.
Some of the information you’ve probably heard before, but I’m sure there are a few “knowledge nuggets” in the video that are beneficial.
Your mission is to watch the video and then outline (in point form) what changes you plan to make to your daily stretching routine. I know some of you don’t stretch as much as you should but remember, decreasing your stiffness increases your swiftness. It also helps you recover faster to be at your best at the next practice.
