Are you ready to kick your butt? If you are, this no-equipment dry-land circuit will do the trick! To benefit the most, you must perform each exercise with the best technique possible. That’s why it’s essential to take your time on Round 1. I don’t care how slow you go or if you have to stop from time to time to get it right. After that, challenge yourself to move smoothly from exercise to exercise until completing the circuit. Take a full minute rest between rounds. The ultimate challenge is to do the Platinum six days in a row! Are you up for it?
