Army Fitness Test

This week you’ll have the opportunity to take the Army’s Fitness Test. It’s important to note that many recruits have had limited physical preparation (unlike you) before joining the army. Most of you are familiar with push up and sit up challenges, but the running may be new to you. This week’s gold challenge is to repeat the test every other day (three times in total). Silver is to repeat the test twice (three days apart). Bronze is to perform the test once.
