Pilates 1 Challenge
Pilates aims to improve the strength and flexibility of the torso stabilizing muscles. The health benefits include:

- Bronze: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days.
- Silver: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days plus repeat the exercise you found the most difficult one extra time.
- Gold: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days plus repeat two of the exercises you found the most difficult one extra time.
- Platinum: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days plus repeat three of the exercises you found the most difficult one extra time.
