Pilates 1 Challenge

Pilates aims to improve the strength and flexibility of the torso stabilizing muscles. The health benefits include:

  • improved flexibility.
  • increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of the body)
  • balanced muscular strength on both sides of the body.
  • enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs.
  • Bronze: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days.
  • Silver: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days plus repeat the exercise you found the most difficult one extra time.
  • Gold: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days plus repeat two of the exercises you found the most difficult one extra time.
  • Platinum: Perform the Pilates 1 Challenge every day for six days plus repeat three of the exercises you found the most difficult one extra time.
