High intensity cardio

Attention PVC Swimmers: Your mission this week is to perform this 10 minute HIT (High Intensity) Circuit once (bronze), twice (silver), or three times (gold) per day. Whatever one you choose, I want you to use a dumbbell (between 2 and 10 pounds) where ever appropriate. Above all else, be safe and DON’T OVERDO IT, especially for the first few days.
