As a swimmer, your mood can affect the amount of mental and physical energy you bring to anything swimming related, be it, practice, dry-land, or other swimming related “homework.” Moody swimmers typically lack enthusiasm and clear-eyed focus, leaving them feeling uninspired and less productive than they need to be to achieve their swimming goals.

In this PVC Mental Strategy, your mission is to record your mood and inspiration levels for five days in a row and compare your scores. Keep track each day on your own, then after five days submit this form to Coach Nick for review.
