Swimming and living in the present is your very best option as it’s the only time you have to work with, and it’s the only time that can impact your future and guarantee a successful life.
Your mission this week is to train and live as much in the present as possible.
Swimming:
- Platinum: If you keep your mind focused in the present throughout the entire practice
- Gold: If you keep your mind focused in the present throughout three-quarters of the practice
- Silver: If you keep your mind focused in the present throughout half of the practice
- Bronze: If you keep your mind focused in the present throughout one-quarter of the practice
Daily Life:
- Platinum: If you keep your mind focused in the present throughout the entire day
