Discover the best technique camp for you

Peak Performance Swim Camp is offering a 4-day technique camp custom made for competitive swimmers! Our 4-day START, STROKE, AND TURN CAMP provides specialized training for athletes ages 9-18. PEAK coaches are masters at teaching, and our 1-on-1 attention provided to each swimmer sets PEAK apart from the rest. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!

Our 4-day Start, Stroke, and Turn Camp dedicates equal time training fast starts, quick turns, and efficient strokes. Starts and turns are often a weak link in competitive racing and cost vital seconds, but we have the solution! In the stroke training, we target elite techniques common to Olympians. If speed is what you seek, come to PEAK!

The start training covers the front and back competitive starts, and improves reaction time, explosive power, and distance off the block. Enhancing turns is a fast way to boost performance, and our turn progressions teach swimmers how to accelerate on the wall and travel further off the wall. In the stroke training, areas of focus include body position, pulling, kicking, breathing and timing, as well as MDPS (Maximum Distance Per Stroke) and MSR (Maximum Stroke Rate). It’s the complete package!

Created by Olympic Coach Nick Baker, the camp’s curriculum is second to none. Coach Baker has authored ten books on swimming and produced four swimming videos. The camp offers many unique features and is highly recommended for swimmers with Olympic dreams.
