Performance is our passion! Our camps focus on maximizing swimming potential through a holistic, three-sided approach focused on mental, technical, and physical conditioning. Choose our PEAK 1 CAMP or PEAK 2 CAMP for 11 & Over swimmers OR our specially-designed TOP 10 CAMP for 10 & Under swimmers.

PEAK 1 and PEAK 2 CAMPS

Exclusive camps with limited registration for 11 & Over swimmers. The vast majority of competitive swimmers are in serious need of concentrated start, turn, and stroke work. It should be an ongoing process that continues throughout their swimming careers. Skills are never permanent and require constant attention and refinement. At Peak Performance Swim Camp, we offer a variety of impactful techniques and skill progressions that dramatically improve start, turn, and stroke techniques. The techniques taught are extremely adaptable meaning swimmers can continue to use them after camp during their team practices.

TOP 10 CAMP

10 & Under swimmers are a unique group who require extra care and attention. That’s why we created a swim camp just for them. Our goal is to develop well-rounded swimmers proficient in the three starts, the four strokes, and the four turns. In addition to numerous skill progressions and individual critiques throughout, we offer age appropriate physical challenges as well as fun aquatic games to round off each day. Our expert coaches are masters at developing and refining essential start, stroke, and turning skills. Space is very limited.
