At Peak Performance Swim Camp, we employ a one-of-a-kind elite training approach that conditions swimmers both inside and out. We believe swimmers are only as good as the sum of their parts – developing the entire swimmer with essential mental, technical, and physical conditioning to maximize their swimming potential.

FEATURES

The vast majority of competitive swimmers are in serious need of concentrated start, turn, and stroke work. It should be an ongoing process that continues throughout their swimming careers. Skills are never permanent and require constant attention and refinement. At PEAK, we offer a variety of impactful techniques and skill progressions that dramatically improve start, turn, and stroke techniques. The techniques taught are extremely adaptable meaning swimmers can continue to use them upon returning to their home pools.

OVERNIGHT CAMP
Note: Minimum age is 11 years for overnight campers.

  • Four nights hotel lodging nearby training center
  • All meals are provided for Overnight campers (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Evening recreational activities (includes on-campus team building activities and off-campus entertainment)
  • Staff supervision at all evening activities and at hotel lodging
  • Complimentary PEAK T-shirt
  • Complimentary PEAK Swim Cap
  • Complimentary PEAK Wristband
  • Each swimmer also receives a PEAK Gold Medal Award!

  • 7:00 AM        –     Overnight Campers/Breakfast (excluding Monday)
  • 7:45 AM        –     Day Campers Arrive
  • 8:00 AM        –     Dry Land
  • 9:00 AM        –     Mind Power Workshop
  • 9:30 AM        –     Pool Session 1
  • 11:30 AM     –     Lunch (Day Campers Bring Your Own)
  • 12:00 PM     –     Yoga
  • 1:00 PM        –     Pool Session 2
  • 3:00 PM        –     Day Campers Depart
  • 4:00 PM        –     Overnight Campers/Dinner & Recreational Activities
  • 9:30 PM        –     Lights Out

FRIDAY:
