PERFORMANCE IS OUR PASSION! Our camps focus on maximizing swimming potential through a holistic, three-sided approach focused on mental, technical, and physical conditioning.
Our Barbados camp curriculum is similar to our PEAK 1 training level. The daily skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted to reflect skill and performance levels. Lane assignments for swimmers are based on ability level rather than age. Each day begins with a powerful mental presentation emphasizing the important role that the mind plays in peak swimming performance. The underlying “positive mental message” is repeated throughout the day to heighten its impact and create lasting change. Each day of camp ends on a high note with swimmers feeling mentally, technically, and physically empowered. In addition to our 8 challenging in-water training sessions, the camp also includes 4 intense dry-land training sessions, 2-4 swimming related yoga sessions, and 4 inspiring mental conditioning sessions.
