Camp Registration
* Clicking this button will take you to the US Sports Camps secure website. All Peak Performance Swim Camp registrations and payments are processed by US Sports Camps.
Once you arrive at the USSC website, click on to the orange "Register" button and follow Registration Steps 1-6. Pay in full, or make a $300.00 non-refundable deposit, plus pay all Camp Extras in full. Upon payment, you will receive an email from USSC confirming your reservation. If paying by check, make check payable to USSC/Peak Performance Swim Camp and mail to:

Thirty days prior to camp, USSC/Peak Performance Swim Camp will email a Registration Packet to you. The packet contains useful information, as well as required camp forms, which must be filled out and returned. Fax the completed Travel Form to 415-479-6061. This form must be received at least two weeks prior to the start of camp.
Bring a signed copy of the Health & Release Form to Camp Check-In. Your child will not be permitted to participate in the camp until we receive a signed copy of this form.
* All payments are non-refundable. Unused camp fees may be applied to a future camp within one year of purchase date less the $300 non-refundable deposit. In the unlikely event Peak Performance Swim Camp cancels a camp session, a full refund will be provided either by refund to the credit card or reimbursement/cancellation of the check used for payment. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of a camp cancellation. Transfer of any camp package or Camp Extra, from the original purchaser to another, is not permitted under any circumstance.
