Weekend Clinic

Open to swimmers ages 8-18 and suited for all levels of competitive swimming, from intermediate and elite-level age group swimmers to senior-level swimmers.

The clinic curriculum is a physical, technical, and mental blend. Although short in duration, each clinic features highlights from our PEAK 1 camp curriculum. Swimmers are grouped according to ability.

From a physical standpoint, our training sets and dry-land training sessions are designed to challenge swimmers to the fullest.

From a technical standpoint, swimmers will learn the technical secrets of elite level swimmers.

From a mental standpoint, our signature Swim Positive philosophy will enlighten swimmers on the benefits of positive thinking.

Our clinics and camps produce amazing results, but don't just take our word for it . . .

"Before I came to see you I hadn't come close to my best time in over a year. Although my best time was a 1:06.88, the closest I came was 1:14.52. My coach couldn't figure out what to do. I spent two hours with you and I went 1:05.71 at States!"

Check-in will take place from 8:15 AM to 8:45 AM on March 31.

A Day At Camp

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Dry Land
10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m: Swim
12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Catered Lunch
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.: Mental Edge Session
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Swim

Camp Finale

The camp concludes at 4:00 PM on April 1. A special Gold Star Awards Ceremony will be held at approximately 3:45 PM. Parents are encouraged to attend.

Dear Coach Nick, Thank you for such an empowering camp experience. Throughout the camp, the coaches created a positive environment that served as a catalyst for positive change.

Upon leaving the camp I felt physically stronger, technically better equipped, and most of all, mentally tougher. I had always been, as you put it, a race horse. I went to all the practices, but was always saving my energy for that one killer main set. I was in a survivalistic mindset that kept me in my comfort zone. Through your camp I have realized that staying in my comfort zone will not get me anywhere. As a result of your swim camp, I am mentally equipped and have been welcoming each challenge set back in club practice. I will continue to strive to become a Race-practice horse so as to maximize my gain and minimize my time.

So far in the week of club swimming that I've had since the camp, I have made a conscious effort to keep what I learned in camp with me. I still wear the Swim Positive wrist band on my ankle every day. The wrist band really brings your philosophy into tangible form, and it really helps to remind me of everything I have learned.

Each day brings a new challenge and because of your swim camp, I feel ready and happy to face what adversity might come. I will always remember those talks that you had with the Elite group before getting into the water. They really helped me by providing encouragement and hope. Whenever I dislike a set, I remember what you said about thinking about what helps me, rather than what I like. All in all, your swim camp has really changed my outlook on practice and swimming itself. Truly, you have changed my attitude towards the sport, and for that you have my utmost thanks. Thank you for your commitment and level of dedication to the swimmers at your swim camp; I am sure we all appreciate it.

Hi Coach Baker, Another well run camp and an action packed two days!... Leslie was thrilled to be able to attend and even more pleased to find Coach Tim in her corner again...it was just like picking up from where we left off last camp in Mount Kisco!

The timing couldn't have been better as we had an A-Champs meet the following weekend in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario and Lilah P.B.'d in all but one of her events.(definitely in response to some of the critical technique refinements and enthusiasm she gained from her time in Baltimore).

Our Nickel City Aquatics team ended up taking 1st place overall at that meet for the small teams category. We can't thank you and your team enough for the dedication and care you put into your camps. It's been an honour and privilege to have taken part in these. We hope to meet again someday soon.

Camp Registration

* Clicking this button will take you to the US Sports Camps secure website. All Peak Performance Swim Camp registrations and payments are processed by US Sports Camps.

Once you arrive at the USSC website, click on to the orange "Register" button and follow Registration Steps 1-6. Pay in full, or make a $300.00 non-refundable deposit, plus pay all Camp Extras in full. Upon payment, you will receive an email from USSC confirming your reservation. If paying by check, make check payable to USSC/Peak Performance Swim Camp and mail to:

Thirty days prior to camp, USSC/Peak Performance Swim Camp will email a Registration Packet to you. The packet contains useful information, as well as required camp forms, which must be filled out and returned. Fax the completed Travel Form to 415-479-6061. This form must be received at least two weeks prior to the start of camp.
Bring a signed copy of the Health & Release Form to Camp Check-In. Your child will not be permitted to participate in the camp until we receive a signed copy of this form.

* All payments are non-refundable. Unused camp fees may be applied to a future camp within one year of purchase date less the $300 non-refundable deposit. In the unlikely event Peak Performance Swim Camp cancels a camp session, a full refund will be provided either by refund to the credit card or reimbursement/cancellation of the check used for payment. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of a camp cancellation. Transfer of any camp package or Camp Extra, from the original purchaser to another, is not permitted under any circumstance.
