In conjunction with a private coaching package, parents may also schedule a Missing Link Fitness Test, a flexibility and strength test designed specifically for swimmers. The test, conducted by an NTC exercise physiologist, is designed to identify any flexibility and/or strength deficiencies. Once the test scores are evaluated, a personalized dry-land program is created for the swimmer. The Missing Link Test is available at our Orlando location only.
There are three private coaching packages available. The first is Private Coaching - Only, the second is Semi-Private Coaching - Only and the third is Private Coaching - Combined With Winter, Spring or Summer Camp.

The price of the Missing Link Fitness Test is $250.00. A one-hour follow-up, to go over the recommended exercises is available for $100.00.
